1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Opinioo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users including patients, doctors, and visitors.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Opinioo is a platform that connects patients with licensed medical professionals. Content on the app does not constitute a formal medical diagnosis. Second opinions are advisory in nature. Always consult a qualified physician before making medical decisions. In an emergency, call 108 (India) or your local emergency number immediately.
3. User Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. Users under 18 may use the app under supervision of a parent or guardian. Doctor accounts require a valid medical registration number which is verified by our team before activation.
4. Consultations & Second Opinions
Consultations are conducted by verified, registered medical professionals. Second opinion reviews are completed within 48 hours. Opinioo does not guarantee specific medical outcomes. Refunds for consultations are subject to our cancellation policy.
5. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed via Razorpay. Subscription plans are billed as specified. Refunds for unused consultations are processed within 5–7 business days. Home care bookings cancelled within 2 hours of scheduled visit are non-refundable.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, impersonate medical professionals, upload false medical documents, harass doctors or other users, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. Violations result in immediate account suspension.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and technology of Opinioo is owned by Opinioo Health Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Opinioo's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of jurisdiction in Trivandrum, Kerala, India.
